I have been in the Mental Health field with a Masters degree for many years, and recently relocated to a new area and was hired as a case manger and immediately terminated after 3 weeks. I was given very bogus reasons and outright lies, with nothing whatsover documented or given a chance to attempt to correct these things. Only until writing to Human resources after the termination, was I given reasons, which were discriminatory and attempts to defame intergrity and professional character

Employer saying I resigned because I would not sign contract
Employer said that I resigned because I refused to sign a contract that they would not provide to me for review by my attorney. Also, the job that the contract was for was never posted because the retiring agent never submitted thier retirement papers. One of the mangers who is not my boss was the one that stated we will start the termination proceedings.

Bio’s Parental rights terminated Adoption started can she reverse the termination?
My sons biological mothers parental rights were terminated by the courts this past May. Things seemed to be great and I (step mom) have filed for adoption. Now the biological mother is saying that shes gunna get papers and take my son from us.

Security Deposit after 1 out of 3 roommates leave
I had a 1 year lease with 2 other girls. We all paid 1/3 of the security deposit at the signing of the lease (we each paid $1000). I gave my landlord more than 30 days notice before moving out and have an email stating that I wanted to terminate my portion of the lease at the end of it.
