Need som advice for dealing with a CA
Good morning, I recently received a call from a CA, saying that I owed around $525.00 to a company. It was a debt that I owed, but I seriosly questioned the amount. I called the OC to discuss, and they lowered the amount I owed to $200.00. They asked if I would like to pay them, and I did. I have a receipt of this payment. Two weeks later, the CA calls me again. I explain to them that I have paid the OC and have a receipt of this payment. The CA wants me to fax this receipt to them

I received notice from Maximus support in Tennessee that my bank assets are being seized to satisfy a $1700.43 arrears claim. I contacted the child support office in the county I live(San Bernardino, Ca) and they said as of August 2008 I have a current balance of $0 with $0 in arrears. Can my assets be seized
