Child support reduction while in job retraining
How can I convince the court to decline to attribute income while in enrolled in career retraining? My military contract in Iraq is ending and I can't find a job in my field of expertise. I've been applying to jobs in related fields for several months with no success

NY Probation, Ok to Work in NJ?
If all goes well, I will begin serving my 5 year probation sentence for Felony Insurance Fraud in a few weeks. I was originally supposed to begin my probabtion back in April, but the judge denied the probation because I was on unemployment and she wanted me to have a job so I can pay back my restitution.

Havent seen my kids in years.

favoritism/unfair treatment
My main question: Is it legal for a company to offer and provide specialized training only to certain employees, but not to others who have the same job description and function, which will provide those employees with additional skills that will clearly give them an advantage in securing future positions and/or projects, or obtaining advancement within the company?
