Failure to Keep in Proper Lane– Lanes Unmarked
I recently was involved in a traffic accident in which no citation was issued. However, on the police report, my "Driver Contributing Code" was listed as "Failure to keep in proper lane". Technically, the street I was traveling on was separated by a dashed white line into two lanes, but pictures of the street show that the line is so faded that it is unable to be seen from a vehicle
