is there a limit on how many times you can file a motion to vacate judgment
I really don't feel inclined to knock myself out researching how to appeal the wrongful default judgment against me by 3rd party junk debt collectors and their junk debt lawyers. Because I have no idea what will work and rather than spend anymore of my time looking up stuff that may or may not work, can I just keep on filing motions to vacate a default judgment until I get it right

someone used my bank account to pay their bills
I noticed yesterday on my Chase bank account statement that somebody was paying their cable bills and telephone bills from my account (by phone, using the account number and the routing number). unfortunately i had not been checking my statements very thoroughly and it turns out this was going on since january of 2009! i lost a total of $3,755 in increments of under $250. the bank will not pay anything but the first transaction ($122) because they say it was my responsibility to check my statements and alert them.

newbie dispute past due advice
I've always had fairly good credit (my fico typically hovers around 790-810). After 20 years without a past due account, I inadvertently missed a payment on a Kohl's card in Dec. '09. I had opened the account a few months earlier when the cashier gave me the, "you can save 20% on your purchase today if you open a Kohl's account." Against my better judg ment, I relented to my wife's opinion that it was worth the $60 savings

false allegations
i was arrested 4 alledgedly threatening to kill my 2 uncles to an aunty. i was remanded in custody 4 3 months then just before trial i was taken to court and set free as no evidence was offered. i belive this was because i wrote to the prosecution outlining all the lies in the statements taken from my aunty and my uncles.
