When our divorce was finalized last June, he didn't want to have the state take and record the child support payments because that would be giving up too much control over me.

Single friend died with no will – what rights do we have?
I have a single (never had any children) 57 year old friend – John - that died the end of April (in the state of NC) – where he lived in an apartment with another friend but the lease was only in John’s name. He has one sister that lives out of state as well as an 80+ year old father out of state. His rent was not paid for the month of May because he was in the hospital and was unable to pay the bill and died while in the hospital.

Last year Chase Bank filed for a garnishment against me in to the 19th district court here in Michigan for a debt of $18,000.

overpayment of public assistance
The State if Illinois filed a claim against me on 10/27/2010 for overpayment of child support. The overpayment supposedly occured in 1995. I provided them with letters from companies that they claimed I worked for during the time I received assistance but they have been putting me off since.

Married under assumed name
My wife and I were married in 1994 in Florida while I was on the run from a criminal case from another state. When our relationship looked like it was becoming serious I confessed to her my real name, my history, and why I was on the run, she accepted this and and with full knowledge married me under my assumed name. Anyway, the law finally caught up with me in 2000 and I was extradited back to the state where I committed my crime (embezzlement), did my time, paid my restitution, and now I'm all done with that

Leaving the country/State my basic rights
I've never been married, and have a 2 year old. The only thing that has been established with the father is paternity and child support. Their is no custody order/visitation rights or anything

stepmother is leaving state with my children
I share custody of my children with my xhusband but they live him but now he has left his wife and moved out of state for another women and left my children with her she is now leaving the state with my boys to start over my question is how do i stop her and make her return my children to me?
