Fired while off the clock
I was hurt at work close to the end of my shift. I went to my supervisor who told me to clock out and he'd take me to the doctor

Parking Rental Tenants Rights in San Francisco
I just signed a month to month lease for a parking spot in San Francisco and received a phone call from the landlord a moment ago saying that someone was willing to pay more and I would likely have to leave the spot. This does not seem right as the spot is not available for rent and im assuming you cant kick one person out if someone else is willing to pay more . Does anyone know my rights?
