Past credit problems, mortgage loan?

Hi,
My husband and I experienced credit problems a few yrs ago, since then we have been trying to reestablish our credit. We have financed and paid off a car with no late payments. His midscore is 600 mine is in low 500′s. We would very much like to purchase a home. Is there anyone that can help us with obtaining a home loan? We live in South Carolina and our annual income is in the $ 50′s. Thanks for any information .

What are the chances of getting a 2nd mortgage for a trailer near the ocean in a camping ground?

I’ve asked this question before about campers, trailers, permanent sites at a camping ground in South Carolina.

I am doing alot of research here and many of my feedbacks have been negative about any bank or financial institute even considering a 2nd mortgage or loan to purchase one of these so called trailers in a campground.

I also am getting negative feedbacks on the resale value on these structures.

Anyone know, or how to go about looking for a reputable lender in South Carolina? I am in North Carolina and my broker does not know anyone nor does he have any advice for me on this situation. He told me to check in South Carolina.

So, here I am asking you.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Confession of Judgment – Surety Indemnity Agreement

I have a construction company that is bonded and my wife and I signed the surety's indemnity agreement which included language such as a confession of judgment. Basically signing every right I have away in advance of anything happening. Things happened and now the surety has a judgment in a Pennsylvania court with no formal notice to me (because I waived it in the indemnity agreement).

Pay for Delete Response

Hello,   I sent an offer for the full amount to my old power company to pay off the account if they would delete the charge off. I just received a letter and it states by the Fair Debt Statues as a creditor they cannot delete debts from a credit file.
