Huge India/Philippines Ban List Implemented
In order to combat the extremely high percentage of spam with low percentage of legitimate posts from India and the Philippines, we have implemented blocks of major IP address blocks from these countries. In the event you or someone else has problems accessing the site, please let us know via email at our support address, which you should be able to figure out. ;) I doubt this will be an issue but figured I'd let you know what's going on here.

legally separated but wanting to start dating
My wife and I are legally separated, and I have been wanting to start dating someone. Is there any way that my wife could take legal action against me for seeing someone else and possibly keep me from seeing our daughter?

Breaking the lease + roommate
I am thinking to break a lease, my current contract expires next year and it's a long wait. I have a roommate and both of our names are on the lease. There are fees associated with breaking the lease, and while it's a bitter pill to take, I'd rather do that than live in hell.

Can I make her move?

Marital home – equitable distribution
Bought home 2 years after being married, he was in jail first year of marriage, so only living together for 11 months before buying house, mortgage and deed in my name, he has horrible credit, and he won't be able to get financed in his name (someone else may buy it for him though as a lease to buy).

Parking Rental Tenants Rights in San Francisco
I just signed a month to month lease for a parking spot in San Francisco and received a phone call from the landlord a moment ago saying that someone was willing to pay more and I would likely have to leave the spot. This does not seem right as the spot is not available for rent and im assuming you cant kick one person out if someone else is willing to pay more . Does anyone know my rights?
