step father adoption
I have sole legal and physical custody of my 6 year old daughter, the biological father was granted supervised visit, but never went to court to get them, then his mother filed for grandparent visits and was granted them. I tried to have them removed but was unsuccessful, and the biological father states he sees them on her visits, but the court order was for supervised and he was supposed to do anger management classes, that he never did. I brought this up to the court but nothing was done, my husband has been fully supporting and raising my daughter and wants to get custody on her

Presenting Both Sides Messages
I am in a disagreement at my school where I am being accused of harassment over Facebook that took place about a year ago. I no longer use Facebook and do not have access to the messages. I am worried that the accuser is selectively choosing what messages to present in order to make me look like the sole aggresor, when in fact it was a mutual argument where both parties participated

tax on spousal support
Because my husband has been hiding money and cheating on income taxes (the forensic accountant's report just substantiated that claim) I have been receiving minimal temporary spousal support ($750/mo) for all of 2009. The taxes I owe are more then 1 month's support

Forgot to ask about this as well. My father received a check from my grams annuity, he was the sole beneficiary. The financial advisor assured us that it is separate from her estate and will..it is NOT mentioned in the will, no burial trust, etc...

I was just in crimnal court and all charges against me was dismissed and the whole case was sealed by the judge. Yet, the family court judge unsealed the case? Can this be done in New York State
