Bound by an internet divorce agreement. Help, she’s taking my children.
At a moment of weakness, my future ex-wife after having an affair with our pastor convinced me to sign an internet divorce agreement and parenting plan which awarded her sole custody and child support. During the divorce hearing, Feb. 15, 2011, the Judge and the lawyers argued for four hours about the legitimacy of the internet agreement.

Does Father In NY Prison Have Rights To Son?
My son's father was sentenced to a NY prison for 18 years a couple of years ago for a violent crime on a minor. My son and I now reside in Florida, where I was granted my divorce and sole custody of our son. I know that while someone is in prison they really don't have any rights, but does he still have rights to his 4-year-old son?

Would like sole custody
I am a 22 year old single mother with a 21 month old boy. His father and I were never married, but were engaged and lived together from the time I was 5 months pregnant until our son was 12 months old. We lived at his house to which he owned and I did not have to pay rent

I have sole custody, I need to know my rights….
I was recently awarded sole physical and legal custody of my 2 year old son. There is no set visitation schedule because his father travels a lot for his job and will be gone for up to a month or so at a time. Instead, the visitation is set as "reasonable visitation" at my discretion and him having to inform me at least 48 hours in advance if he's going to want our son

Who is responsible for the health insurance?
When our parenting agreement was established I had sole custody of our daughter. In our agreement it states: "Father shall maintain his present policy of health insurance, which is provided to Father through his employer, for the benefit of the child of the parties for so long as he has or could have an obligation for the support or educational support of the child" It also state that if he is unable to cover her under his insurance that I will have to provide coverage for her and "Father provide mother full reimbursement for the costs of any such policy" About 3 years ago things happened and we thought it would be best for our daughter to move in with her father. I am paying child support for her now.

response to child custody modification?
My fiance got papers from his ex, she wants sole custody of their 2 children so that she can leave the state. She filed these papers less than a week after getting cited for child abuse/neglect. My fiance can not afford a lawyer as he has been disabled since november of 2008 and his disability has not come through yet.
