Grandparents have temporary custody
I live in WV and 1 year ago I signed over temporary custody to my daughter's paternal grandparents. Even though the grandparents had custody, my daughter still lived with me and my fiance' (her father), I was the one to take her to her appointments (the doctor, etc.) , and got her everything she needed. Her father and I are now separated and his parents will not let me have my daughter back because they say they still have temporary custody
