No Will in Texas
My Father passed some years ago and all of us Siblings signed our part of the house over to Mother,Mother passed three weeks ago and what I want to know is my half brother was my fathers son from previous marriage. Now that my mother (his stepmother) has passed without a Will- does brother have any entitlement to his part on their home?

Is this Extortion of Blackmail?
I and 4 siblings (s1,s2,s3,s4) own property in JT. S4 wants to sell out but has demanded the remaining owners pay 4 times what his share of the property is worth. The remaining owners can barely affort to pay the true FMV of the 1/5th share (we have a certified appraisal for FMV).

Grandfather’s Trust
My grandfather died May 2009 and had a Revocable Trust to which my Aunt (his daughter) was the Trustee. My Aunt (the Trustee) passed away on 7/7/2010; she was the eldest of six children. My mother (her sister) passed away November 2009...All six siblings are listed as beneficiaries to the trust

My mothers home
Hi my mother want's to give me here home witch all of my siblings agree with it. The problem is that shes elderly and on fix income shes not in a rest home at this time and don't foresee her going in one for a time shes on medicaid medicare will the goverment want here to sale it to pay her med bills or will i have to sale to cover her bills if she had to go in a rest home?
