NY Statute of limitations on debt judgement
I was recently informed that I had a judgment placed on me back in 1999 regarding an unpaid department store charge account from the early 90's. I was sent a letter from an attorney's office stating that they were now handling the collections for this judgment and I should contact them to arrange payment

Late Payment?

Help on writting to a judge to have old tickets dismissed?
I have recently relocated out of state with my g/f. I tried apply for a license and was told I should contact the Texas DPS. I found out that I had old tickets, 3 actually-from 2003.

FMS calling trying to collect on a 10 yr old debt that was actually paid off
I have a group of bottom feeders calling my house attempting to collect on a 10 yr old debt from Verizon that was paid in full over 5 years ago. They are not on any credit report because the SOL has expired awhile ago

Pay Status: Paid as Agreed vs. Paid Satis- which is better?
I have requested that one of my creditors change the pay status from Paid Satis to Paid as Agreed because I was told that Paid as Agreed is what it should say when you have done so.
