Possibly leaving a long time employer
I've been employed by a state agency for 17 years and have the option of changing agencies. I'd like to be sure to either take my vacation/personal time or get repaid for the days. I currently have 110 days of personal/short term leave and 40 days of vacation time

Will I get fired when file short term disability second time
I am currently on short term disability for 1 month which will expire in 2 days. My doctor approves me to work from home after STD and my company approves work from home for 1 month. Then I found out that I can not even work from home because the increase dose of my medication from doctor

Layed off/Maternity Leave
Hello, I was informed in February that my job is being outsourced and that my last day would be July 30th. However, I am currently 7 months pregnant and my due date is July 19th. HR informed me that they will pay me until July 30th, but my benefits will be terminated at that time

Short term disability
Hi, I've been in short term disability due to stress since February 16, 2010. I will be back to work in a week and just found out i am pregnant. I am very scared that they will fire me when i get back because i took this short term disability! Can they do that?
