Husband wife contract?
My wife wants me to pay $14,000 for her to get plastic surgery. I told her if I did pay for it I would want her to sign a contract (of sorts) stating she would have to pay me 100% of the money back if she left me or divorved me with-in a certain time period.

want t get divorce but she got deported
My friend has been legally married almost 3 years but has been separated for over 1 year. In august his wife got deported to guatemala and she left her son with him and a signed letter giving him full custody of his son (he is a us citizen) and there is been no communication since and doens't know how to reach her. Is there any methods of divorce in his case, if she isnt present?
