Payment not made by ex per decree
Per divorce decree, ex owes funds as of a month ago that were based on splitting home equity of 10 years ago (at the time of the divorce). Ex states that she does not have the money and will pay me 'when housing market improves.' How do I pursue w/o it costing me legal fees

Child support to parent’s fines
Custodial parent is mom, she does not work and her only income is child support. Recently she was arrested for DUI.

Not accepting Notice to Appear
Mom was sent a Notice to Appear and a Petition for Visitation from dad via certified mail as per the court. She called dad to see what it was about and he explained he was taking her for visitation. She now is not picking up the notice from the post office and not returning phone calls

employer responsibilities
is my employere responsible for me driving to and from work during inclement weather if she does not allow us to leave during worsening conditions?
