My parents who are in their mid 80's want to sign their home over to us, their 4 children. They have considered this for several years, but have heard stories of children removing parents and taking the money

obtaining a police report
several years ago I was injured by an ex-boyfriend. He punched me in the face several times. I can't take him to court for medical bills at this point and I'm not interested in pursuing charges or anything.

Patent denied.. Now have Patent Pending Copycat.
Towards the end of July 2005 we filed for a patent on a Feed Sensor Control for a hog confinement building. Eventually hearing back from out lawyer that the patent was not granted due to the idea not being novel enough. Now, several years later a corporation much larger than ours has reverse engineered our product and has it marked as patent pending

Mortgage / rent received
Have not paid mortgage in several years originally purchased as owner occupied home moved from massachusetts (where house is located ) to florida i rented the house i know i am in violation of note...as i no longer live in house i have rented to section 8 i have been using the rent received to maintain property and pay water bill only have used balance of rent money to use for my living expenses as i am unemployed. Will the housing authority ( section 8 ) have any recourse thank you

Easement violation
I purchased a piece of land at a private airport. there is suppose to be an easement for utility (electrical) for which ppl are either not to build on or to put PVC pipes under the foundation so that the next lot can run electricity. Well, the guy next to me did not leave the appropriate size of PVC and now I will have to bore under his foundation which will cost me about 8K to do it.
