Concern about score change
Hello friends I have a concern about a collection account from AT&T dated back from 2007 that I paid today 4/27/11. First this account was reported to all 3 bureaus but I disputed it and it was removed from Equifax and transunion but not Experian.

Senior Housing Bait and Switch Situation
Here's the situation: My grandparents just moved here and are trying to find an apartment. Since they are very low income, I've been looking at senior housing that is subsidized. Much to my surprise, everything had a long waiting list, except one particular complex.

How do we redistribute shares in a corporation? (small business of only 3).
I have recently bought my way into a small corporation that has 5,000 shares. The owner let a lawyer originally set it up and the owner (my business partner) is completely unsure on how to redistribute the shares to give me 1/2 of the shares that the directors & officers own. I contacted the original lawyer but he wants $500 an hour for his services and wont even speak with us without getting money up front.

Chapter 13 to 7 Conversion

Misleading talent scout business practices – what to do?
Hello, everyone! This is my first post, and luckily the first time I’ve found myself in need of legal advice! Sorry this so long; I just want to be thorough. I recently responded to an ad on Craigslist looking for movie and TV extras (I cannot post links, but if you search "1903733691" under "Jobs" on NY's Craigslist, it should come up). The specific ad was for "Law & Order" extras.

Credit Card Processing Fee added to bill
I recently had to go to the hospital and because of no insurance, I provided a "down payment" via credit card for the services I needed. Today, I received the billing details. It showed the $4000.00 deposit and then a $600.00 charge below that listed with the same detail as my deposit
