Have not seen my kids in 10 years! How can I enforce custody?
I was married 5 years and separated from my husband. Shortly after my breakup (no divorce, not sure if I am still married or not) with my husband he took off with my two children and I was unable to find him until recently where I got an address and phone number.

Trying to keep my child
If i haven't filled yet for a divorce but my child (8 months old) has been with me at my place over night under my care for 60% of april and 74% of may and 100% of june, now can i stop the mother from thinking she can just take my child because she is the mother.

Ending Visitation

Reconciled – Need to end legal separation
Hello - I am from Columbus Ohio..my husband and I were legally separated over a year ago. We have since reconciled and want to end the legal separation agreement. I contacted my lawyer and he told me that he really did not know what to do because he has never had this happen before...most cases end in divorce.
