Indecency With a Child by Contact
My son pled quilty to the charge of "Indecency With a Child by Contact". On the JUDGEMENT OF CONVICTION BY COURT it lists the statue as 21.1(a)(1) and the degree of offense as a 2nd degree felony. His plea bargain resulted in a sentence of 7 years.

Early probation termination
Hi! I am currently serving a sentence of Theft By Taking 1st Offender for 5 Years Probation. I have paid back all restitution and all court/probation fees. I am currently 28 months into my sentence (almost 2 1/2 years.) I have not been in any trouble besides a minor speeding ticket that my probation officer knew about

Breech of Contract with State Of Texas in a Criminal Matter
I comitted a sex offense in Texas in 1985 well before Texas enacted it's sex offender registration statute in 1991. In 1996, Texas changed the statute to be retroactive to 1970. My sentence was for 15 years in a plea bargain agreement supposing to end in 2000.

Getting off criminal probation in Wisconsin
My friend was convicted for transporting leass than 5 grams of cocaine in 1992. He served a number of years in prison, then was to finish his sentence on probation.

My boyfriend was recently incarcerated and is in PA, we have been living in WV. He was charged with 3 different driving charges (in PA) approximately a year ago but did not go to court so they sentenced him to 180 days, all of this went through the magistrate court
