Assaulted in builing with security and cameras…
My family and I were assaulted in NYC in a camera lined building with armed security, however they werent on post, didnt alert the authorities, nor did they come to the scene of the incident. Can I sue the building management or the security company that supplies the guards?

suspended lic.
on 8/24/2009 i was pulled over in romulus for what i dont know.i had an outstanding warrant in a diff.city an was arrested on that warrant.never recieved any tickets/paperwork/nothing at the scene.60 days later i find out that romulus has charged me with driving on susp.lic.can they do this,why didnt i get the ticket at the scene?was a ticket even written at the scene whats up with all this

Expunging record for military reinstatement
A friend of mine has some charges on his record from one single incident in 2006. He was on military leave and was involved in a car accident, then left the scene and got in altercation with the police officer which resulted in a DUI, evading an officer and also assault on government official I think. He was convicted and served time but was discharged from military as a result

I made a post a week ago in regards to being charged with disorderly conduct in my own home. I finally received the notice to appear and I'm being charged with Assault or Assault & Battery. I checked with my wife and she said that I never threatened her nor did I touch her.
