Revoking of Power of Attorney
Our parents gave my brothers and I each a commercial property as inheritance. Even though they transferred the rights legally, they cannot seem to stop themselves from meddling in the affairs of the property and insisted on controlling the rent that comes out of the property. credit card threats to sue/judgement
my widowed mother, 70 years old has made bad choices with her finances since her husband passed. its been 8 years, she has mortgaged the house to the max, maxxed out all credit cards, spent her savings, all but maybe $4500 worth. problem: chase bank credit card sent a letter saying they will sue her and put a judgement against her if she dont respond within 10 days.

Time for the Government to put an end to FICO

My Money was not really mine?
On April 1st i had $93,262.13 Sent into my checking account and $2,436.39 into my savings account. I assumed this was a bank error and left the funds alone for a week but the funds still remained.

foreclosure on a US condo

Amex High Yield Savings
Do they pull your credit for the Amex High Yield Savings account (not the card associated but JUST the savings account)? I notice they ask for your SSN so I assume they do, but just want to be sure. Thanks
