Marijuana, Glaucoma, School zone
While I was at work, the police came to my dorm room on campus because of a complaint about the smell of marijuana-my roommate was smoking in my room. He let them into our room and they found my vaporizor (which was in plain sight when I left), and my bong and bubbler (both in my closet, which was slightly open). When I got off of work I was called in to be questioned ( I didn't know anything had happened at the time)

Which Type of Phone Conversations are admissible as evidence in court?
This is a rather complicated issue, but I hope to find an answer here, and thanks in advance for the advice. My roommate Krista was calling one of her friends on our landline phone when she was interrupted by my roommate Larry.
