Can I sell roommate’s leftover things to cover utilities he owe?
My lease ended at the end of June. My roommate moved out, but I decided to stay. But he failed to pay for 2 month utilities, and left some random things at my apt.

termites in my rental
me and my roommate moved into a new rental home in the middle of january. we later found termites.

Request to remove roommates from lease.
The rental of teh apartment was soully based on my Credit and proof of my income. I did have a roommate that also had to be put ont he lease, but no credit or income information was needed as I was the primary renter. My roommate moved out after 8 months and I continued living int he apartment for another 11 months.
