Statute of limitations on filing notarized documents
In March of 2010 I sent my soon to be ex husband joint petition for summary decree of divorce papers. He resides in Texas and I reside in Nevada. He signed, dated and had them notarized on March 26, 2010.

Loss of full time employment
Hello, This is our concern … a friend of ours has cancer and has been in treatment since last August. She’s a teacher’s aid and they are dissolving the full time position at her current location and are transferring her to another school district, where she will work on a part time basis. This will cancel her benefits and that will have a devastating effect on her condition.
