Red light camera ticket sent to wrong person
A friend of mine (male) received a red light camera ticket addressed to him for an alleged violation in the city of San Diego. On the ticket it clearly says that the registered owner is someone else (female) who happened to live at his address in the past (over 2 years ago). The pictures clearly show a male driver who is not my friend.
