Trouble removing a collection as promised
I learned something today I wanted to tell about, for other's in my boat...I got a collection last year (they billed wrong address) and by the time I found out, my score had plummeted (689 to 610). Of course I found out while trying to get a mortgage, after bragging about my post-bankrutcy "high" score! So, upon paying the collection agency (or "CA") the minute I found out (January), they promised to fully delete ( they were actually very nice)

What does 30 days late mean
I was recently listening to FOX news and heard Judge Napalitano state something to the effect of that we can make payments even on the 30th day and not be delinquent.. ( from a credit bureau standpoint) Question. What does 30 days late mean or past due 30 days..

Silly Experian…
So this morning, I disputed some incorrect personal information that was being reported on my Experian: Some funky variation of my name, addresses I never lived at, telephone numbers from 7 years ago, employers I no longer worked for. I just received an email stating that my results were ready (wow that was quick!)

ignition interlock problem
i have an interlock on my car due to my dui conviction. after not having any problems with the device for 2.5 months i encountered my first MAJOR problem. I was at my AA meeting Sunday morning, met with my sponsor after the meeting and had left my interlock sitting in my very cold car for 3 hours.

Clueless: why do I get rejected with a high FICO score?
Hello community, t his is my first post :) I have no idea why I'm getting rejected for credit. I opened my first account with my utility company, and the results of their "credit check" indicated that I had to put a deposit down to open the account. I've also been turned down for a couple credit cards.

Any statistics on judicial discipline
I'm really not concerned especially with the state of Missouri but of course that would be helpful but from any state/court Anybody have any statistics regarding the number of complaints made against judges and the number (miniscule though it no doubt is) regarding complaints that get results whether it's a smack on the hands, censure, a public tut-tut (lol), all the way up to kicked out (and don't come back either)? Beggars shouldn't be choosers but I'm also interested of the complaints which got results if there is any data on who made them, not the person but was it another legal professional, an inmate, or whatever
