Insurance agency claims I ran through a red light..
I was involved in a accident at an intersection where a driver did a left turn in front of my car and because the police wouldn't file a report unless there was an injury and there were no witnesses that stopped, the driver at fault's insurance agency is claiming I ran a red light and hit their client while she was making a left turn.

Tenant burned up pump, flooded basement
My husband and I live in a new 3-story house and are currently renting out the finished basement to a female tenant. The way that our house is plumbed, the tenant is on a separate pump than the upper two floors. Unbeknown to us, our tenant had been flushing tampons and Q-tips down the toilet, which eventually caused the pump to burn out and our basement to flood with raw sewage.
