Sorry this is going to be a long question. I didn't know how to ask it without putting in all the details... Thanks for reading! First, a little bit of background information: I have been living in an apartment in Colorado for almost two years with two roommates.

Nightmare
I recently finished graduate school and took a position as a professor at a rural college in Indiana. As my husband and I had purchased a home in the town where I went to graduate school (that, of course, we could not sell:rolleyes:) we decided to rent at first after moving here.

PayPal Help – Simple Question/Concern
The story has some depth to it, but I'll try to keep it brief for the sake of the people trying to lend me a hand. I created a PayPal account with bogus information under the assumption that everybody could access my address/name, etc

Bought a boat and need legal advice
I recently bought a used boat from a Marina. Directly after paying in full, I started loading the boat in the Marina parking lot, to take it out on the water for the day when I noticed the lower unit of the outdrive (that had just been replaced the week before by the marina) was leaking oil. The owner of the Marina took full responsibility for the faulty unit and sent it to another Marina for repair
