Same case, two jurisdictions
I was served by New York State Electric and Gas in February for a property damage claim- in my response I noted lack of jurisdiction as a reason for dismissal. I've heard nothing until today. The case is still active in that county, but today they served me again under a different index number in a different county

Debt Paid – Waiting for Updated Score/Reports?
I paid 100% of my $8100 debt on April 5th, 2011 and have received no updates as of today. The debt that was paid was: Care Credit, Home Depot, Capital One, Macy's and Chase Visa.

multiple tenants – question about dispossessory answer.
So I filed for dispossessory against two tenants living in my rental property, naming them each as defendants independantly on the dispossessory fileing. They are not married.

Transunion Response to Verified
So I had a dispute come back verified and called Transunion to ask for how they verified and got back this response. Does Transunion have to show be the documents they used during the verification process?
