Two MIPs in 2008 can’t take care of them!
I recieved two MIPs in 2008. The place i recieved them in is 4 hours away from where i live and i can't get there! I don't have the resources to go there turn myself in and get home without losing my job and home that me and my husband have with our child! The suspended my license after issueing a warrant for me and i have went without driving for two years! I can't do it anymore and need advice bad! how do i take care of this without actually going there.

Libel "per se" questions
Hi there. I am an Oregon resident who has been sued in Nevada for "Libel Per se" by a Nevada apartment complex, its owner, and two employee. The plaintiffs claim that I anonymously posted on apartmentratings.com messages that were somehow defamatory against them...None of the purported reviews identifies any of the plaintiffs except the apartment property.

Custody of my nephews
My brother and his ex-girlfriend were raising their two boys together. WHile the oldest boy is not biologically my brothers, he is the only father the boy has known, and the younger is his biological son. After they split up they only had a verbal agreement for custody

Minor applied for credit card
I applied for two credit cards when I was around 16. On the forms, I put that I was 18. I put my real social security number, sure that I would be denied.

giving physical custody to father
I have been divorced for 6 years and have physical custody of our children, now ages 13 and 15. Their father and new family live about a mile down the road. I have encountered physical limitations which prevent me from keeping up with the house i bought 5 years ago and due to the weak market I am unable to sell at the moment.
