Landlord hasn’t cashed rent checks
We live in a mobile home park and our landlord has not cashed any of the residents' space rent checks since Sept. of 2009. We can't get any answers from our onsite manager and our bank tells us that they only honor checks that are no older than 6 months

HOA sending bills, not providing services
I live in a new (about two-three years old) subdivision, with only a fifth of the houses built and completed. A few houses are unoccupied, still to be sold by the builder. The builder has engaged a firm to handle HOA, and the residents of the subdivision do not have any say.

Unemployed – how do I get my extra free report?
I know that since I am unemployed and seeking work with the next 60 days I should be able to get a free report from each CRA - besides the one that we all get through FACT. The TU site led me to a form where I chose the "Unemployed" option
