Unpaid default judgment
Greetings, Hubby has a default judgment on his Experian report (I disputed it with Transunion & Equifax and it was deleted) and this judgment is holding up our mortgage process. Several months ago he sent in a letter askign if payment arrangements could be made & we began making payments since Equperian would not delete. We have called the court house & this is a true judgment

I'm going line by line through my CR looking at all the negative items. speeding ticket from 08
I was issued a ticket in Mt Juliet Tn for doing 58 in a 40 zone, I paid the ticket because I was told with my CDL class A I could not go too traffic school I have now gone 17 months without a ticket, I have four years over the road driving over 780,000 miles and this is the one thing from me getting a job at home so I can be with my family and have some what of a normal life. Is there anything I can do too get this removed before Dec of 2011?

Blockbuster
I haven't checked my TU in a while so I decided to check and what do I see on my TU...A collection from Blockbuster for $57. I know I do not have any outstanding movies...I may have had a late movie but never recieved anything about it since I have not rented from them in over a year. I was wonder how should I go about disputing this or getting this removed from my flawless credit over the past 5 years...Does anyone have any success with getting this removed with a payment which I am more than happy to do..Which way would you go about doing so...Also does anyone know the address or number to this CA...Credit Protection Association..your help is appredciated FICO family..

assault m/c family violence
Ok i might have a doozy but i really need the help. I have been charged with family violence from 2003. the person said i slapped kicked and shoved her in the face and legs.
