Green card holder not paying child support
My ex and I are both Uk citizens. A consent order was signed in 2004 to finalise our divorce and agree maintenance. Ex obtained a green card in November 2007 and now lives and works in Texas.

Va. Alimony Arrears
Spousal support arrears (no child support ) reduced to judgement and ex-wife remarries 4 days later -- aren't spousal support arrears simply spousal support period and by code doesn't the remarriage negate the spousal support arrears?
