Tax Categories for an S-Corporation, Limited Partnership and Living Trusts
Hi, an attorney created an S-Corporation, a Limited Partnership and a Living Trusts for myself as well as a Living Trust for my wife, primarily for liability and estate purposes. My Living Trust owns 49% of the S-Corp, my wife’s Living Trust owns 49% of the S-Corp, and the remaining 2% of the S-Corp is owned by relatives.

Can my credit be damaged by sneaky autorenew clause in contract?
Sixteen months ago, I signed a one year contract with a massage franchise which entailed a flat monthly fee for 1 massage/month. I did not read the contract very well; after the one year was up they have the option to continue charging my credit card every month until I give them a 30 day notice. I only realized the autorenew option after they called to say my card was expired, so they had been autorenewing on my credit card for several months with no additional notice

Got booted out of 700 club today :(
My TU quarterly monitoring report updated and my score dropped from 700 to 698 because my utilization is reporting as 37%. In reality, it is 1%. I paid off a bunch of closed cards and only some of them have reported as paid. Looking forward to the score boost when the remaining two accounts update with $0 balance. My statements cut on the 7th and 8th, so not much longer. The wait has been maddening. 700 club, I'll be back soon.

Trustee raided patient’s estate
A trust in my stepmother's name was dissolved and my step mother's portion of one fifth was split between my two half-brother's leaving my sister and I with nothing even though our step mother's will left everything in her estate to the four of us. Now there will be nothing left in her estate.

Paying off my Credit Cards – Impact on FICO 3 months out
