Amex reporting – Should I be worried
I have a first time scenario and am curious as to whether I should pursue it or if it is even wrong in the first place. DH opened a new Amex 12/2010, he got me a card (extra points plus well....I wanted it). Account suddenly reported on my credit 3 months later. Now, more facts: - Account Holder infor on my report says: Authorized User - Account opened date says: 12/200 3 (wrong) - I happened to have applied for my own account at the end of March but was denied - The inquiry shows and the account appeared on my report after that -There haven't been any changes to my score Should I just leave it alone or should I be concerned? I am thinking the age on the account based on the referenced open date and the good status would help.?

What MUST be included in medical documentation?
Back in the day I was a medic in the US Army and during my service I had probably written a couple thousand SOAP (a style of medical documentation) notes. One thing that I have heard many people say is “a medical record is a legal document, if you don’t write it down, it didn’t happen”. I have done a lot of research regarding the above statement on line, the public library, and the local law library
