child visitation and custody
i was living in miami and i chose to move away to georgia with my two children but one of the fathers wants to seek visitation for his child for six months and is trying to recieve custody as well but he has two prior cases against him for domestic child abuse which was one he was sent to anger mangement and the other was closed but he wants to make me a bad person that wants to be with him but i was trying to get along with him but it is alot of emotional abuse going on between his saying towards me so i really dont know what to do. he says he only want to see her whenever he wants to while i was linving in miami but now he wants to take legal action because i left to georgia

I wrote a promissary note for a car. am I legally bound to buy?
I wrote a promissary note to purchase a vehicle 2 weeks ago, and I was ready to purchase it immediately. however the private seller didnt have the title and needed to order a new one, so obviously no money was exchanged, and no car was accepted. since then I have reconsidered, and the seller is on a time constraint to sell..am I legally bound to purchase it
