Debt collector refusing method of payment in California
I was called by a debt collector yesterday and while we owe the money we don't have the amount they want right now. I can make very minimal payments until I can find a job. The issue is they want us to give them authorization to take money directly out of an account and we are not comfortable with that.

retro support question has me curious
So there is a question someone asked about getting retro support and I have my own questions with this topic but didn't want to thread steal or anything. I really don't know how this stuff works and if i dont this may help others too. So if a child was born two years ago could the childs mother file for support and get those years worth of support back?
