I recently responded to an ad on Craigslist looking for movie and TV extras (I cannot post links, but if you search "1903733691" under "Jobs" on NY's Craigslist, it should come up). The specific ad was for "Law & Order" extras.

California CFRA Medical Leave and Termination
In May of 2010 I was terminated for failing to meet in a job requirement called adherence. Adherence in our call center measures the time you are available on the phones to answer calls. If you are out sick or on an intermittent leave such as FMLA or CFRA, the hours you miss are deducted from the total number of hours you could have worked in that month.

Favortism in the Workplace- ossible age medical discrimination
Your valued time and consideration is greatly appreciated! Roommate’s "abandoned" property
My situation involves a roommate who without prior notice moved to a different city, taking his personal effects (clothing, etc.), but leaving behind his furniture and television. In March, this roommate contacted me by email as I was out of town to indicate that he would be leaving the following day, but would be leaving his furniture behind, presumably to be collected at some future date. Can I fight this Motion to Revoke warrant for my arrest?
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas I'm a quadriplegic and use medical marijuana for extreme muscle spasms because it is the only thing that saves me without really bad side effects of pharmaceuticals. A small town sheriff has harassed and slandered me for 12 years until I finally gave in and stupidly accepted 6 months deferred adjudicated probation on a class B misdemeanor which started Nov 2nd.
