Non-Disclosure Agreement
Hello, This might be a stupid question, but I'm helping somebody start a business in a different state and they asked me to sign a non-disclosure agreement. In the agreement it states I may not make any publicity or disclose any knowledge of my participation or discussions with this person to the public. This person also gave me another contract to sign and they request I get a public notary on both contracts and send them back

denied for cc for derogatory public record?
i was recently denied for a target cc and when i received the letter from them it said i was denied for derogatory public record, and having too few active accounts.

Gas company obligating me to pay bill in roomates name
Can the gas company obligate me to pay a gas bill that was in my roomates name. We had an arrangement whereby I was responsible for some of the utilities and he was responsible for the gas bill.

Can landlord take and post photos of tenant’s propert?
My landlord just informed me that he wants to put the house up for sale at the end of the current lease. He wants to send a photographer to take pictures of the house, including our personal belongings, to use in promotional material (flyers, web page). question about custody agreement
I have joint legal and physical with my ex husband, and when I filed for divorce and when it was finalized my ex and I lived in the same county. He has moved to Macoupin county, which is a good ways away, and he isn't wanting to provide the transportation to and from me.
