Only Temp Custody Orders
I filed for divorce from my wife 2 months ago, and while we are waiting for the finalization, my wife and I have been dealing with courts for custody of our 2 yr old son. At the time she was served, she called the police, and took the baby and left on her own up to her sisters house, which is about 1hr and 10 mins away up in the high desert. We have gone back to court since, and the judge awarded me temp custody on weekends for 3 straight months, and we were to meet at a designated half way point

Credit Reports and Medical Insurance Mishaps
I have an ongoing (but almost resolved hopefully) grievance dealing with two entries on my credit report submitted by a collection company.
