His adult daugthers moved in during divorce; Can I get them out of our home?
My husband had (surprise) divorce papers served on me. He became combative, hollering/cursing, etc. I was terrified and called the Sheriff.

Can Respondent submit a motion to dismiss a Protective Order?
I would like to know can the respondent/defendant motion for a protective order to be dismissed in Georgia. I was told by the Clerk of Courts the Petitioner is the only one can motion for dismissal.

Can I call my husband whom I have a protective order against? The judge added that he was barred from communicating with me in any way. Can a protective order be modified so that we could attend counseling together and still afford me some protection,just in case
