oregon speeding ticket, help with appeals, court corrupt
I received a traffic citation for speeding in Oregon, the police officer checked the box, "employed to drive." I was not employed by anyone to be driving, just going to the store with my family. I fought this in court and neither the judge, nor the officer could show me any law defining "employed to drive." The police officer said he marked that box if the driver had a valid license, and that he had trained his officers to do the same. By all means I should have won the case as I put the officer's visual accuity in to doubt when he accused me of being on my phone as well (I entered into evidence my phone records showing my phone had not been used during the time in question, with a buffer of one day on either side, no less).

Plea deal on 9 count indictment…annoyed!
So I'm formally charged with 9 counts in federal court...all economic, no drugs, no guns, no murder. I'm offered a plea deal that the prosecution thinks is a "fair" deal but I don't agree

false allegations
i was arrested 4 alledgedly threatening to kill my 2 uncles to an aunty. i was remanded in custody 4 3 months then just before trial i was taken to court and set free as no evidence was offered. i belive this was because i wrote to the prosecution outlining all the lies in the statements taken from my aunty and my uncles.

Accuser getting other people involved
a friend's unfortunate situation is being spirraled even more out of control. their accuser is their ex partner who has scared the life out of him for something they did not do all because of a bad ending of a relationship which was her fault (in complete honesty) and her friends added fuel to the fire. he is now being taken to court and the date is approaching fast and he feels that he does not seem to have any defence.
