Inherited LLC transfer to new partnership
Hello, My two siblings and I are finalizing an estate that includes an LLC that owns some real estate. One of the properties is a commercial rental that we've been actively managing and we'd like to transfer ownership to a new partnership with the three of us as members/owners

Spiteful Neighbor
My neighbor raked all her leaves through an existing space under my fence and onto my lawn. This after I spent 2 days raking my own lawn

Property line
I have had my property surveyed in preparation of installing a fence and I have been taking some trees down. My neighbor insists i am infringing on her property and has posted a "PrivateProperty-No Trespassing sign" on the line between our properties. She has never taken the time to have her own surveyor come out, but insists the property in question that i am currently excavating belongs to her.

Disputing a Land Survey
Is there a document that can be recorded to indicate you dispute a land survey? That is the only question I am seeking an answer to at this time, so when a survey is recorded, I can file a document disputing it, if there is such a document. The Situation We have owned our house and lot for 13 years, and had a survey when we bought it

Tenants Refusing To Pay After Sheriff’s Visit
My husband and I own two rental properties in Iowa, with prospective outstanding mortgages of $65,000 and $75,000. My husband has an outstanding debt of $7,000 from 2008 and the creditor took us to court and put a lien against both properties.
