CA – Defective Service – 3 Day Notice – Unlawful Detainer
I have completed a very thorough amount of research and was hoping that a practicing member of this forum may agree. I am formerly a registered process server and all that experience has taught me the following. My landlord has not completed proper process of service per CCP 1162

Harrassment by unkown man
About a week ago, a man came to my home and began ringing doorbell, pounding on the door and yelling out my name.

wrongly evicted
I was evicted back in April and now my boyfriend is trying to get an apartment on his own and when they ran his credit score my eviction shows up on his record. I do not know how thats even possible if he was not living with me he was not on the lease, he never sign nothing saying he was a resident living there, He would stay the night but thats about it. the only way i think this even happened was when the process server served me MY PAPERS he had ask me if i was not here was there anyone else he can give my papers to and i said my boyfriends name

Service of divorce papers; process server lied
Hello, I have a DVI RO against my husband. He recently attempted to have me served divorce papers; however, the Process Server lied and said they met me in “individual” person and served me.

Depositions
I am representing myself in court. I am the plaintiff in this action and two firms and one individual are named as the defendants. My question is in noticing for depositions.
