i have applied for unemplyment insurance. my med leave was exhausted with my prior employer because i had2 car ax and cannot drive to work. i can commute to manhatten for work thought.

Must employer defend when sues employee?
When employer sues former employee, alleging damages from negligent conduct performed during prior course and scope of the employee's duties for the prior employer, must the former employer also defend/advance legal fees funding for the employee's defense of the former employer's suit against him/her?:confused:

If i was caught shoplifting at solano county ca, can they pull up records on my from
I was caught shoplifting at a store a year ago at San Joaquin County and i also live there. However, I was never convicted and the case was dismissed after I completed my plea of abeyance. I called the police records to see if there was still anything on my record and it still says that the incident occurred so i will be having my records expunged but that probably won't be processed by the time i go to court again
