delete my post
Can anyone tell me how I can control my posts? I need to delete them. I posted a question and got a good response which solved my issue

Am I in violation of FERPA
I am currenrtly on paid administrative leave for a supposed FERPA violation. I have read through FERPA, as well as my school board's policy, but I'm not quite sure if what I did is a FERPA violation

craigslist harassment through impersonation
An individual has been copying my posts on craigslist and changing the prices and including my phone number and email address.So i get all these phone calls and emails from people who think i'm selling my stuff super cheap.Craigslist has identified the offending poster to me.I know who he is,where he works,his ip number,email address, and phone number.This has been going on for about 2 years now.I want to take legal action against him.and I would like to know how much a case like this might be worth.

Public Forums and Trademark usage
I run a a public forum and have received a Trademark infringement notification because another product/trademark has been discussed on our forum. The infringement demands that I not only delete the posts in question, but also that I undertake in writing never to use their trademark again. Are any of these requests valid
