Beneficiary on death claim. Can person who made payments claim $ if not beneficiary?

Time for the Government to put an end to FICO
I have tracked this thing and played the game for 3 years now..IM convinced it is nothing more than consumer fraud. An un-winnable game that sets you just running in circles. One thing I have learned in my 45 years the best way to win some games is just not to play.

Terminated Auto Insurance
I was recently involved in a car accident. When I called the insurance company to report it they said that my policy had been terminated. The payment was received late but they cashed the check so I assumed I was covered because they accepted the money.

Ripped off. By seller or Ebay?
I will try to explain what happened with as much detail and few words as possible. Won an Ebay auction on Jan 5 for a custom made gown. Safeguarding children after school
