Presenting evidence at default hearing
My wife has failed to respond to the initial divorce petition and notice of default. A default hearing was scheduled for early next week but has been put aside and resheduled because she filed a motion to vacate the default judgement.

My home is rented to a tenant who originally planned on buying the house last year but we learned in December that she wont be able to for a long time, much longer than i was told when we all agreed to her lease option arrangement

Purchased Used Car, Will Not Pass Inspection, Can I Return To Previous Owner?

Short Credit History
One of the negative indicators listed on my credit reports is that I have a short credit history. 12 years, 9 months. I'm 31 y/o. Couldn't really have a longer credit history at this point in my life. lol. Just tought it was a little funny that as long as I've been allowed to have credit, I have had credit. Oh the joy if the credit game!

Paying off All Old Collection Accounts

confused about credit score
I just got a line of credit from my cu and they pulled tu and said my credit score was 658. My score on my fico shows 632

Detained At Wal-Mart
